Thao Anh HOANG is a young lecturer-researcher at Hue University – University of Law where she got her bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence in 2016. She had a time working for LIV – an NGO based in Taiwan for the project “law magazine online” which aim to popularize legal awareness to Vietnamese people on human rights, constitutional law and public law. HOANG got a DAAD scholarship to take a one-month summer school in Giessen, Germany in 2017 pursuing Comparative constitutional law and cyber law courses. Recently finished her master’s degree in France in September 2018, HOANG now continue her job with strong interest on private law, constitutional law and legal history.
